Mardi Gras
Many years ago, Chris fell in love with the joyful tradition of Mardi Gras when visiting his son in New Orleans. And he decided that we needed some of that joy during the cold and dreary winter months in DC. So every year, from January 6 to Fat Tuesday, we celebrate the rich history of Mardi Gras by baking King Cakes full of color, flavor, and a heavy sprinkling of fun!
Valentine’s Day
We'll help make your Valentine's Day extra sweet with these specials, only available in the weeks leading up to February 14th. We even stencil ‘Love’ on our Sourdough Miche!
St. Patrick’s Day
Whether you’re Irish or wish you were, we have treats to help you celebrate. We even stencil shamrocks on our Sourdough Miche!
Easter
For Easter, we make traditional hot cross buns, as well as special treats like bunny cookies or lemon ricotta pound cake!

Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving is our busiest time of the year! With our help you can make the holiday a little easier and tastier with some of our fresh bread, classic stuffing, and a show-stopping pie.
Stuffing Cubes
Pick up a bag of mixed bread cubes (8 cups/bag) for stuffing! We use an assortment of rustic bread (no nuts), toasted to perfection, and measure them out for you. Try our Classic Stuffing recipe; your belly will thank you!
Christmas
From traditional Christmas bread to pies and stocking stuffers, we have a little of everything to help your home taste and smell like Christmas!
German Holiday Stollen
It doesn't get more traditional than this! This holiday bread is based on the classic Dresden Stollen, which originated in the 16th century. We fill ours with a ribbon of marzipan, almonds, as well as brandied cherries, blueberries, apricots, and figs, before rolling in rum butter and powdered sugar.
Pie
We always make special pies for your holiday table. Sometimes we keep making our Mile High Apple Pie and Texas Pecan Pie that are so popular at Thanksgiving. Or sometimes we switch it up and make Apple Cranberry Pie and Pear Frangipane for Christmas.
Swiss Chocolate Stollen
a chocolate-hazelnut twist on the German classic! Chock-full of hazelnuts, chocolate chunks, candied orange, and chocolate hazelnut paste. Rolled in rum butter and powdered sugar.
Cinnamon King Cake
This classic flavor starts with our fluffy brioche dough, is full of cinnamon and cream cheese, and festively decorated in the classic purple, green, and gold colors.
Chocolate Cherry Bread
This decadent chocolate bread is a sophisticated dessert, a great addition to a cheese board, or fantastic for French Toast!
Irish Soda Bread
A traditional quick bread filled with golden raisins, slightly sweet and fabulous for breakfast! It’s like a giant scone!
Hot Cross Buns (V)
Our traditional spiced hot cross buns are tender and aromatic, each completed with a cross. And we now make them with a sourdough base so they’re vegan friendly too!
Pumpkin Spice Cake
Our fragrant pumpkin cake is full of real pumpkin, cinnamon, and a bit of allspice. Not too sweet, but so good!
Savory Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin & spice, and everything nice (minus all the sugar)! This bread is chock full of pumpkin seeds and makes great sandwiches.

Texas Pecan Pie
This mouth-watering pie is loaded with pecans and a caramel-like filling, then we add even MORE pecans and brush the top with brandy. Many RavenHook customers tell us: “this is the best pecan pie I’ve ever had!”
